As we shared on February 6, we implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/billing platform for the majority of ed2go Partners in October 2023. We are expanding this transition for Partners who did not transition in Phase 1.
Upcoming Changes to Order Processing
In October 2023, we implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for the majority of ed2go Partners. We are now expanding this transition to a new ERP/billing system for Partners who were not transitioned in Phase 1. We are also making system enhancements to the ERP platform for those who have already transitioned to the new billing system.
Certified Technical Writer Course Update
We are implementing a registration freeze for the following courses: Certified Technical Writer (GES2110) and Technical Writer Manager (GES2115).
